This is a story about a  feud that has been brewing for quite some time. Howard Stern recently announced that he will not be going to Las Vegas this year for his annual 3 days of fun and debauchery in Sin City because of a feud he is having with the company he works for. This article isn't about that feud, but it does involve Howard Stern. The last time Howard and the Show were in Vegas, some of his wack packers were approached with an idea:  Spend 3 weeks in this mansion in Las Vegas with cameras rolling throughout. We film you, we pay you, we sell DVDs, we all make lots of money. Wack Packers, The King Of All Blacks, Andrea "Miss Howard Stern", High Pitch Eric, and Zolar liked that idea. Sign right here and let the whackiness and promotion begin. James, the man in charge of the whole project, popped up at the popular Howard Stern fan website,   and began advertising the idea. I remember seeing a whole forum devoted to the Whack Pack Live House there ..that is until…..yup, James and Mutt, the owner, had a feud. Not sure what happened there but all mention of the Whack Pack Live House was suddenly gone one day. I didn't hear much about the Whack Pack Live House after that until months later when Zolar and Andrea appeared together on the Howard Stern show. Zolar's wife called in to the show and she was not happy with her husband. Yes, they were feuding.  I thought it was an interesting appearance and made a blog about it. Later that day I received an email from James and in that email he told me that he listened to the show that morning and he told me that Zolar was lying.  He said that he had footage of Zolar doing naughty things with Andrea from a hidden camera that no one knew about. James told me that Zolar and the other wack packers breeched their contracts and that during the filming at the Whack Pack Live house he went away for a few days to Miami and when he got back all hell had broken loose with charges of rape in the house being made and he bailed on the project. WTF?

I contacted Zolar and told him what James had to say and he had a different story to tell. He advised me to remove all links to the Whack Pack Live website because there were law suits brewing and I could get dragged in to it just for promoting James' website. I removed all links, but I did promise James that I would do a review of the DVD for 'The Planet' as soon as I received my copy. (James said he would send me a bunch of copies when they were ready) Despite all the conflict, I was still planning on doing just that. And I waited………and waited………and waited. The DVDs never came. Oh well, I never gave the whole affair a second thought until the King of All Blacks appeared again on the Stern show. In this appearance he plugged his new website. I had been trying to get the King's autograph for a few years and when he announced his website I immediately went there and emailed him a request for an autograph and interview. I was contacted later that day by the webmaster and was told that the King would love to do a phone interview to help promote his new show, "Ask the King" and a time was set up for that purpose. In this clip you will hear the King of All Blacks talk about his new show. You will also hear him and the man who set up the interview comment about the Whack Pack Live House. That man? Yup….James. James was now in charge of the King's new website and in promoting the King's new career and show.

About two weeks after this phone interview the King of All Blacks was back on the Stern show for the Black Freaky Feud game, a game that pitted blacks vs. wiggers to test who knew more about blacks  in celebration of Black History month. It was the King and his family and one of the people on his team was his cousin…it was James again. It was a good show and my favorite line was when James was asked, "Besides the n-word, what other name do blacks not like to be called? James answered the n-word. Good answer, good answer. Hahaha Well, King and his family got most of the answers right that day and they won the Feud against those crazy white folk. But what about this whacky feud? Who got the right answers for that mess? I decided to post the audio of our interview in my blog that same day and asked interested parties to contact me with any comments they had about what the King and James had to say.

One email I received was from Sal from the dopesgowild.com  people, who stepped in when the original plan fell apart:

Ok. Basically I moved here to Las Vegas from New York last March. I have been listening to Howard for a good 20 years. His show has been a good 3-4 hours a day of my daily routine. I bought his Crucified by the FCC, Private Parts and ordered his New Years eve pay per view special. Here is a little background on how I got involved in this project. Anyway one of my coworkers here in Las Vegas told me that some people were doing a whack pack reality show and asked me if I heard of any of these people because he was thinking about getting involved. I went down to the house with him and wound up meeting James Elmore. James rattled off a bunch of things and people involved but he said he was having trouble getting women to come party with the whackpackers. So my first involvement with him was trying to set him up with someone that I knew that could possibly bring girls to the house to party. There was a conference call between the parties but nothing agreed upon. Well a few days later my friend and I decided that we would call up a local casting place and hire some models and girls through there and do a photo shoot and throw a party at the whackpack house while at the same time promoting his entertainment website "VegasScene.net". We contacted James and told him that we would throw the party at the house on that Friday night pay for it and promote the website. He agreed because it wasn't costing him anything. We paid approximately $3000 out of our own pockets to do this and it was pretty successful. James got the atmosphere he was looking for. We then started talking about doing something further. He sent me over a sponsor contract in which he wanted me to put up around $30k and provide the atmosphere for the rest of the time they were there and in return I would receive a % of a to be produced DVD "Women of the Wack Pack". I have been involved in accounting and finance for 12 yrs partly on Wallstreet and after reading the terms of the agreement realized that I would be throwing money away because the terms of the agreement were very specific. He would be in charge of spending the money and I would only receive a percentage of a DVD with a specific title that he was in charge of producing. I knew something was wrong with the project at that point.

Also at that time there was talk about the characters not being paid and no money available to continue the project through conversations with people around the project. I basically decided at that point to pass on further involvement. A few days passed and we got a call from the owner of the house, who was a friend of my friends, that the whackpack were staying at. He said that there was an incident involving James Elmore at the house, the police were investigating and that he took off and left Las Vegas without paying the characters the rest of their money. Supposedly he owed each character $10,000 which was to be paid by midnight that previous day. Well the characters were stranded at the house without money, no airfare home and were about to be evicted from the house. The characters showed us that there contracts were breached and basically void at that point. We decided we would try to help them out. A day passed and a few of us who were involved with the project at various points got together and decided that we could get the money together, use each persons skills, purchase the filming equipment, put together enough activities for the characters to get involved in and sign the characters to new terms and do a project with them. We hired legal counsel to draw up everything, do the necessary research to cover all ends, thus the DopesGoWild project was formed. We paid everybody based on the new terms, filmed for a week, and have now finished post production. The DVD is done but there are a few things that we want to do before we start the PR and marketing campaign of it. A few facts that you should know.

1. There was never any intention of stealing the project from James and his people no matter what he contends. He was under-funded and it fell apart on them. We just picked up the pieces and tried to do something to help out the characters.
2. James Elmore has no legal grounds to sue us and if he has filed a lawsuit, which I have never even seen paperwork or been contacted about, he cannot win. He breached contracts with the characters, they were free to negotiate for a new project and we put together something that was a totally different concept.
3. I, nor any of my people have any ill feelings towards James Elmore. He was clearly unprepared and under-funded to do the project. We have said nothing derogatory about him and have not been scammed or deceived by him. We have tried to distance our project from the negative talk and from his project. There is a website that has a list of people who have been wronged by James Elmore but I am not one of the people who have any claim.
4. I wish the "King of All Blacks" success with his new venture with James and he will receive the royalties due to him as negotiated in my contract with him provided that he complies with the terms. If I was the "King" I would help promote the "DopesGoWild" project because he only stands to make money from its success but that is up to him. The "King" was a big part of the project and we treated him well. I'm sure he will tell you the same thing.
5. The DopesGoWild DVD will be out within the next month for purchase once the marketing and PR plan is completed. I will send you a complimentary promotional copy. Sal

In this audio clip you will hear Zolar say that James ripped everyone off for at least $10,000, that police were called to the house investigating charges of rape, that James fled leaving them all hang with no way home, and that he is disappointed in the King's further involvement with James. Andrea added that she is very pissed because James would not let her tan and that he should die for that. When the project was first promoted on sternfannetwork, Joey Boots was listed as one of the house participants. I decided to contact him and see what comments, if any, he had. Here is bascially what Joey Boots had to say over the phone. I originally was suppose to be a part of this idea but after talking with James on the phone, based on my life experiences, I got the impression that he was not the real deal. A scam artist. He would say he was going to call me back at a certain time but he never did. Things did not seem professional like it should. I also felt that his idea was a rip off of Howard and was stealing Howard's talent. It was bullshit. I think the King of All Blacks is stupid for getting involved with this guy. He is ruining his chances for a show with Howard on Sirius. He is diluting Howard's idea. He should put all his chips in with Howard and get away from this guy. Damn. Are all these charges true about James? Is the King of All Blacks a fool for still being involved with him? Is there really footage of Zolar and Andrea doing naughty things and if so where can I get my left hand on that?  Who the hell knows! There is a reason all these folks our on the Stern show. They are all fuckin whacky. All I know is that James was going to send me some DVDs and King and James told me they would send me t-shirts and an autograph and so far NOTHING!!! NOT A GOD DAMN THING!!! wahh I didn't get my $10,000 wahh. Who gives a fuck? What about my autograph ?

Hahaha I'm a bit whacky too.

Hey Now!!!  I have been collecting autographs and memorabilia from Howard Stern Show personalities for over five years and had interviewed many of those people for deansplanet for three of those years. I have had the opportunity to met a few of those folks, and have talked to many of them on the phone, through instant message and email and I consider them to be my friends. I also have had feuds with many of them over the years for various reasons---usually due to my brutal honesty in my blogs, my articles and in my posts on various message boards--but that depends on who you ask I guess. No hard feelings to anyone from this side. There have been many ups and many downs but through it all it has been an amazingly fun time and something that I will never forget. I still enjoy doing these interviews and writing these articles and I don't believe this is a goodbye forever....but it is a goodbye for now. Unless some interviews still out there come through like the one with Jillian Grace that is under review at Playboy or KC Armstrong decides to do his tell-all here then I will return sooner than expected. For the next few months I plan on devoting most of my time to a new project. Yes, this crazy journey is taking another turn: Howardshrine--The Book!!!  At this time I would like to thank Dean for the opportunity he has given me on this great site, and for all his patience, support, and friendship.
