Penthouse Pet & Playboy Playmate

Dean S. Planet: You lived in Philadelphia for some years. Who do you think makes the
best Philly Cheese steak?

Victoria Zdrok: I really can't tell you, since I don't eat red meat and have never had a
Philly Cheese steak!

Dean S. Planet: Do you prefer nude, fashion or lingerie modeling?

Victoria Zdrok: Nude modeling, of course. I especially love shooting for my website,
www.PlanetVictoria.com, where I have over 6,000 nude photographs of me, plus thousands of nude photos of other Playmates, Pets and top internet models.

Dean S. Planet: Is your sister still modeling?
Victoria Zdrok: Yes, she is. She recently was featured in Nugget magazine; and she has a very sexy website, www.UninhibitedIsland.com, which has thousands of her pictures.
Dean S. Planet: How has your degree in psychology helped you in the entertainment industry?

Victoria Zdrok: So far, it hasn't, as the industry has not yet picked up on the fact that I have my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I hope to be writing a feature column on psychological topics in Penthouse; and I am writing a book on sex and fantasy. These writings should help to establish my credentials as a "sexpert," and may help to give me other opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Dean S. Planet: Do you feel that men are more intimidated by your beauty or your intelligence?

Victoria Zdrok: Probably by my intelligence. Men tend to look at Playmates and Pets as sex objects and are not prepared to deal with one who is far more than that.

Dean S. Planet: Have you kept a close relationship with Playboy since 1994 when you were
a Playmate?

Victoria Zdrok: No! I had such a close relationship until 2000, when Playboy tried to prevent Playmates from having personal websites and from posing for other web sites like Danni's Hard Drive. When I refused to kow tow to their demands to cease all such activities--because I had to make a living, and their demands would have prevented me from surviving economically--Playboy cut all their ties with me. I have always been willing to work with them, but they have been totally unwilling to have any relations with a Playmate that is independent from their control.

Dean S. Planet: So, you never visit the Playboy Mansion?

Victoria Zdrok: Not any more. Playboy has refused to allow me to enjoy any of the privileges of other Playmates since 2000, when I would not agree to their demands (as I mentioned above)

Dean S. Planet: Who has the most say as to who will be picked for Playmate of the Year?

Victoria Zdrok: Hugh Hefner has 100% of the "say." He picks the PMOY regardless of the
opinion of fans or other Playboy officials.

Dean S. Planet: Which do you consider a greater achievement, being a Playmate or Penthouse
Pet?

Victoria Zdrok: Being a Pet was a much greater achievement. I was "discovered" by a Playboy scout, flown to Chicago for tests, and immediately made a Playmate--all within weeks and without any effort on my part. I had to really work to become noticed by Penthouse photographers, and to overcome their prejudices against shooting a Playmate for a Penthouse centerfold, i.e. their beliefs that Playmates were not erotic or daring enough to become Pets. Only Linn Thomas and I have ever accomplished this feat in the entire history of the two magazines.

Dean S. Planet: Would you ever consider moving to adult films?

Victoria Zdrok: No, not at this time. After my performance in Michael Ninn's highly erotic video/DVD "Temptation" (which you can buy on my site), many people have asked me to go further into adult films, but I don't believe that that would further my career.

Dean S. Planet: Who is your favorite Playmate?

Victoria Zdrok: I would have to say Debra Jo Fondren, PMOY 1978. With her long, long blonde hair and fantastic body, she is still very beautiful today (as you can see on her site, www.debrajofondren.com); and she is a complete sweetheart in person.

Dean S. Planet: Do you make a lot of personal appearances and/or sign a lot of autographs?

Victoria Zdrok: I make lots of personal appearances for Penthouse, mostly in the NYC area; and I do some of the big autograph shows like Chiller. You can get an up-to-date list of the shows at which I will be appearing on my Appearances Page on www.PlanetVictoria.com.

Dean S. Planet: Are you friends with any Playmates?
Victoria Zdrok: Yes, with many of them. Linn Thomas (May 1997) is one of my good friends, as well as the other Playmates who have websites on my server, www.cybermatewebservices.com.

Dean S. Planet: Do you still feel that you should have won the 1994 PMOY Award instead
of Julie Cialini?

Victoria Zdrok: Yes, I believe I should have been picked over her. I was told that I would have been PMOY but for some false rumors that "someone" circulated to Hef's wife, Kimberly Conrad,
about my allegedly having an affair with Hef (which was totally untrue). Julie happened to be a friend of Kimberly's and spent much time at the Mansion (while I was in school full time in Philadelphia); and that may have had a lot to do with her being picked.

Dean S. Planet: Were you ever contacted by the Sultan of Brunei?

Victoria Zdrok: No, never.
