There is some real funny business going on in the world of music these days. Wigger turned alternative wannabe Pink cracks me up. I recently read an interview where she states that she "dyed her hair black for her new video because she didn't want to be a novelty act". HA HA, I think it's a little too late for that honey. Sure she changes here hair, but if you notice, she always keeps a shade or a streak of pink. Sounds like a novelty to me. And what about that HUGE pink wig in the Lady Marmalade video? What a dingy broad.

Want to hear about how out of touch she is? Just 2 years ago in support of her first CD, she opened for N'Sync at a date here in my hometown, which my sister in law and her two young children attended. Just before she was about to play her man bashing hit "There You Go", she told the crowd of primarily 4-11 year old girls, "This is for all the men who have fucked up our lives and screwed us over!!" I'm sure little 6 year old Becky in the 3rd row can relate to that comment. What a wacko.

Another funny thing is that on her first album, when she was an "urban" artist, the male subjects in her videos were all BLACK males. Then one day she met Linda Perry from 4 Non Blondes (who co-wrote most of her songs) and all of the sudden she is dating a pro skater and featuring honkey models in her videos. I guaran-fucking-tee that on her next album, she will do a remake of either "What's Goin On," a 4NB song or a cover of another alterna-classic in an attempt to give herself more credibility. You can also add her cover of "Janie's Got A Gun" at the Aerosmith MTV tribute, her diss of LA Reid in "Don't Let Me Get Me", her new punk attitude, and the Jagged Little Pill rip-off ('Just Like A Pill') to her long list of lame attempts to distance her from her wigger roots. The only thing that she has proved to me is that the old adage isn't true… you can go back once you have gone black. And no matter how hard she tries, these lyrics from "Most Girls" will come back to haunt her (with translations):
